Terms and Conditions

All payments are handled by either Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna, or PayPal. VAT is included for orders within the European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

HAAV Watches never stores or transfers any credit card information. HAAV Watches uses external payment gateways, PayPal and Klarna for e-commerce. PayPal and Klarna handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize secured payments.

We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification. USPS pledges worldwide delivery within 8 business days but it might arrive sooner if you’re in the US, and a bit later if you’re outside. Holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will gladly send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by HAAV Watches.

Any product purchased from the store can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Support at support@haavwatches.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international customers with orders under $50.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

Cookies are used on haavwatches.com in order to improve your experience on the site are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
